Tiffany Carrion joined the P&R Team at 3 Dimensional Wealth Advisory in July 2026, bringing a diverse professional background in financial services, real estate, consulting, sales leadership, and hospitality management.

Prior to entering financial services, Tiffany spent approximately 15 years in hospitality management in Orlando, Florida. Her experience included event design and management with Hello! Florida, seven years as General Manager of Metropolis Productions, and serving as Director of Sales for Catering with 4 Rivers Smokehouse. During her time with 4 Rivers, Tiffany was responsible for approximately $10 million in catering sales and led sales teams across multiple markets throughout Florida and Georgia.

In 2019, Tiffany transitioned into real estate and became a Florida Real Estate Broker in 2023. She continues to maintain her real estate practice on a referral basis. Tiffany also spent two years consulting with Ameri-Force, a Jacksonville-based skilled trades staffing firm, where she helped build its sales team, establish processes, recruit sales professionals, and provide training.

In July 2024, Tiffany began her career in financial services with Vanderbilt Financial Group and later co-founded Infinite Investment Strategies. In July 2026, she joined Tom Palumbo and Matthew Rendell on the P&R Team at 3 Dimensional Wealth Advisory. Tiffany draws on her extensive background in relationship management, sales, business development, and real estate to help individuals, families, and business owners identify their goals and develop thoughtful strategies for their financial futures.

Tiffany and her husband, Carlos, have been together for more than 20 years and have two sons—one currently in high school and one in his twenties living independently in Orlando. Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and being on the water, especially boating, fishing and scalloping.
